All feedback will be treated confidentially. It is helpful to provide your name and contact details so that we can follow up directly with you in relation to your feedback. If you wish, however, it is okay to submit feedback which is anonymous.

The staff of the Multicultural Development Association are committed to ensuring that our services are of a consistently high standard and are founded on client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Please use this feedback form if you wish to provide a compliment or have a suggestion about how we can improve our services or you want to lodge a complaint. Refer to the Complaints Information Sheet for more information about MDA’s complaints process.
